昨日,“身价过道学区房”经新闻媒体披露后引起普遍关注,中介发布的售房数据中写明“过道不能建屋,也不能住人。但有房本可落户。”其中,位于东城区大耳路北29号院的过道严重不足11平米,价钱却高达150万元,中介标注该“学区过道房”省市科学实验部分西单医学院。

6月22日上午,名记者勘查探访大耳路北29号院,邻近村民表示,完全每天都能看到有中介公司的人员带顾客看房,其中不少人直奔“学区过道房”而去。

29号院中的一村民告诉名记者,他们的公司已在此居住数十年,庭院所有权归自己及子女所有,“过道作为所有权的一部分早于今年就卖给一对拿着小孩的年轻夫妻,近期过道可能又被倒手出售了。”

登记该“学区过道房”出售数据的的公司房地产中介公司主管称,今年年初时,房主交由他们在网站发布了29号院“过道房”的出售数据。昨日因网站相关报道很多,在与顾客沟通后将出售数据从登记网页撤下。

此外,该主管表示,售卖学区房中“过道房”比较较少,“我们该系统全部整改了一遍,只有这一个过道房”,并表示中国十大营销策划专家该处“过道房”是可以有权买卖的,有相关房屋产权认证。
